César Palagi is currently the Walker Ridge Production Asset Manager with Petrobras America Inc., a subsidiary of the Brazilian state owned company, based in Houston, Texas, where he is responsible for the design and implementation of field development projects of ultra-deep water, lower tertiary discoveries. He is serving technical and managerial E&P services to Petrobras for 29 years.
Mr. Palagi holds a Master’s degree from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto, Brazil, and a Ph.D degree from Stanford University, United States, both in petroleum reservoir engineering.
