
Flávio Guimarães
Flávio Niemeyer Guimarães is one of the co-founders of Radix Engineering & Software and a senior executive with extensive experience in engineering, technology, and international business. Since co-founding Radix, he has played a key role in the company’s growth and international expansion, supporting industrial and energy clients in advancing digital transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across Brazil and the United States.
Flávio holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Chemical Engineering and has pursued further executive education focused on business strategy and leadership at FGV, MIT Sloan and Rice University, strengthening his ability to bridge technical excellence with strategic vision. Throughout his career, he has been committed to fostering innovation, building high-performance teams, and strengthening cross-border collaboration.
As a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazil-Texas Chamber of Commerce (BRATECC), Flávio contributes his experience and leadership to further enhance commercial ties and investment opportunities between Brazil and Texas.
