Rodrigo Alvim is International Business Director at Grupo Minas Port, bringing 20+ years of experience in global markets and leading the group’s international expansion in bulk business, including crude oil, petroleum coke, coal, grains, fertilizer, and minerals. At Grupo Minas Port, Rodrigo drives international projects and builds strategic partnerships with market leaders, integrating producers with port infrastructure, warehousing, multimodal transport, and data governance to deliver greater efficiency, traceability, and competitiveness.

Previously, Rodrigo served as Global Supply Chain Director at Maersk, where he was responsible for the global supply chain operations of a key account, overseeing complex end-to-end programs across North America and Asia. He also worked in multiple import-export projects in Brazil and the U.S., provided consulting services to mid-sized and large corporations.

Based in Tampa, FL (USA), he holds degrees in Finance and Management, along with an MBA in International Business, both from Long Island University, New York - NY.
